Serene Action is my Hypnotherapy Brand, working with a wide range of techniques and approaches you may be surprised how much positive change can be brought about with Hypnotherapy.

Following success with Weight Loss, I developed the Fantasy Diet that works around changing our relationships with food, allowing weight loss to take place and be maintained.  The success of the Fantasy Diet can be attributed to one of my most repeated responses when working clients.

It is a very rare person who doesn’t favour the known over a new approach.  Albert Einstein is credited (rightly or wrongly) for this definition of Insanity.

“Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results”
